VACATION RED PINE ROAD
OAK LAWN TOWNSHIP, CROW
WING COUNTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, the town board of Oak Lawn Township, Crow Wing County, Minnesota will
conduct a public hearing on the 20th day of November 2025.
The public hearing will begin at 4:30 PM with a road viewing at the intersection of Red Pine Road and Oak Hollow Road. The public comment period will begin at the Oak Lawn Town Hall located at 12404 State Highway 18 Brainerd, MN, 56401 at 5:00 PM for the purpose of considering and acting upon elector authorization calling for the vacation of the following described road: All that part of RED PINE ROAD, located in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 45 North, Range 30 West, and in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 45 North, Range 30 West, and also in the record plat of Oak Hollow, Crow Wing County, Minnesota, being bounded on the West by a line drawn from the southwest corner of Lot 8, Block 1, said Oak Hollow to the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2, said Oak Hollow and being bounded on the East by the Westerly right of way line of County State Aid Number 25.
